This demanding route leads far above the treeline, across wild, wind-shaped mountains and through untouched valleys, with average daily distances around 15–20 km. With only tents and the natural terrain as your shelter, this is a true expedition for adventurers seeking solitude, challenge, and an authentic arctic experience.

Abisko is easily reached by train — just one hour from Kiruna or Narvik — and offers a range of accommodation options before and after the tour.

Getting to Abisko
